Wedding accommodation

A multi-day celebration, not a one-day event.

Bell tents turn a wedding into a weekend. Keep everyone onsite, so the party carries on after the band stops and picks back up over breakfast. Ideal for outdoor, rustic and festival-style weddings where you want guests together rather than scattered across hotels and taxis.

A 5m bell tent sleeps up to 4, with real raised beds available, not camp beds. Couples typically book one tent per couple plus a few extra for singles and family. We deliver, set up the day before, and collect the day after.

FAQs

Wedding bell tent hire, asked often.

How many bell tents do I need for my wedding?

A 5m bell tent sleeps up to 4. Most couples book one tent per couple plus a few extra for singles and family overflow. For a 60-guest wedding that is typically 12-18 tents. Send us your guest profile and we will help you work it out.

How does the free guest booking system work for weddings?

Your wedding gets a private booking page. Share one link with your guest list, they pick their tent, package and nights, and pay direct via Stripe. You won't run a spreadsheet, chase deposits or do any admin. Free for every event, not just weddings.

Can we subsidise the tents so our guests pay less?

Yes. You can cover any portion of each tent on the booking portal, £100, £150, whatever you want to put in. Guests see the reduced price and pay the difference. We invoice you for your share once bookings come in.

How does the Bridal Bell Tent work?
