Corporate
The venue sleeps 30.
Your team is 80.
Corporate bell tent hire and popup hotel accommodation, built on the venue grounds. Real beds, full setup, everyone stays on site.
The problem we solve
Offsites work when the team stays together.
Split the beds, split the team.
You find a beautiful country house. It sleeps 30. The team is 80. Now the offsite plan involves a coach to the nearest Premier Inn every night at 11pm. That coach is where the offsite dies. The late-night chat and the bonfire breakfast never happen because everyone is on it at 11pm.
A popup hotel on the venue grounds keeps everyone together. Real beds, full setup, walkable from the dinner. The offsite is actually an offsite.
How it works
Three steps to a kept-together offsite.
Spec the offsite
Venue, headcount, dates. Send a postcode if you have it. We come back inside 24 hours with a draft popup hotel scope + pricing.
We coordinate with the venue
We send the venue our standard ops brief. They confirm access + ground. You don't do the back-and-forth.
We deliver + pack down
We arrive the day before, build, style. We stay through the offsite for any on-site needs. We pack down Sunday or Monday.
Case studies
One job, start to finish.
Every number on these pages comes off a real job, with real photographs from the build. We name the venue; we never name the people who booked it.
What it costs
Price it for your team.
A 20 to 30 tent popup hotel typically lands between £4,500 and £9,000. Put your own numbers in for a closer figure. Mid-week runs 15-20% cheaper than a weekend.
A 5m bell tent sleeps up to 4. We size on 3 to 4 per tent; singles can have one each if you'd rather.
Package level (applied to all tents)
Bed setup (per person)
Bedding per person? (13.5 tog duvet, linen, pillow)
Mid-week runs 15-20% cheaper than a weekend, and a mix of packages across the tents is normal. Ask us for the exact number.
Estimate for
20 bell tents · 80 people
Indicative. The real quote depends on venue, date, distance and final tent count. Setup and take-down are already in the tent price.

FAQs
Corporate offsites, asked often.
How does this work logistically?
You spec the offsite (venue + headcount + dates). We quote the popup hotel scope. We deliver, build, and pack down. Your team uses the venue as the day-time space; the popup hotel is the on-site overflow accommodation.
Will the venue let you set up?
Most country-house and estate venues do. We have a standard ops brief we send venues that handles 95% of their questions. For the other 5% we have a call with their site manager.
Is this cheaper than a hotel?
On a 50-person overflow it's about even in raw £. The win is keeping the team together so the offsite actually delivers what HR planned it for. Splitting the team across hotels breaks the offsite premise.
Lead time?
Standard 4-6 weeks. Faster turnarounds possible for repeat customers or when the location is straightforward and the date is mid-week.
Do you handle catering?
No, we focus on accommodation. But we work with caterers regularly and can recommend reliable ones in your region.
