These terms cover your use of this website. They are not the terms of your hire; those are in our Hire Terms and Conditions and in your booking confirmation.

Using the site

You may use this site for your own purposes and to make an enquiry or a booking with us. Please do not try to break it, scrape it wholesale, misuse it to send unsolicited messages, or use it in any way that is unlawful or that interferes with anyone else's use of it.

We may change or withdraw any part of the site at any time. We do our best to keep it available but we do not promise it will always be up.

Prices and availability

Prices and availability shown on the site are indicative until we confirm your booking. If something is listed at an obviously wrong price we will tell you before taking payment rather than hold you to it. Tent and package photographs are illustrative; the exact tent, bedding and furniture you receive will match what your confirmation says.

Bookings and payment

A booking is confirmed when we send you a confirmation email, not when you submit a form. Payments are taken by Stripe. What happens if you need to change or cancel is set out in our Hire Terms and Conditions and in your confirmation, so please read them, and talk to us early if your plans change.

Content on this site

The text, photographs, layout and branding on this site belong to us or to the photographers we work with, and may not be reproduced without permission. Festival and venue names are used to describe where we operate; they belong to their owners and their use here does not imply a partnership unless we say so explicitly on the page.

Where we link to another website, we are not responsible for its content.

Our responsibility to you

We do not exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to exclude. Beyond that, we are not liable for loss caused by your use of this website itself, for example a decision made on the basis of information on a page rather than on a written confirmation from us.

Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one published when you use the site, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.
