The gap we solved

Why they couldn't do this with the venue alone.

A week-long summer camp on their own estate, with more guests than the estate could sleep, and a run of seven consecutive nights rather than the usual weekend. Hiring in beds for a week is one problem. Having somebody build 30 tents, leave them standing and stable for a week in open Welsh weather, then clear the ground properly, is a different one.

What we provided

The setup.

  • 14 x dressed glamping tents
  • 16 x empty 5m bell tents
  • 5 x 4m tents dropped off for the estate to pitch themselves
  • Full-floor rugs, no other styling: the client used their own beds and their own linen throughout
  • Build the day before the camp opened, pack-down the day after it closed

Outcome

What happened.

Thirty tents stood for seven consecutive nights and came down on schedule the day after the camp closed. It is the longest single standing period we ran in 2026 and the largest corporate build of the season.
