Pop-up glamping villages for UK festivals, with a hosted booking page and a revenue share on every tent
Why glamp
Why a glamping village works
A row of pre-pitched tents turns a field into somewhere people actually want to stay. Guests skip the queue, the mud and the 3am tent collapse, and get a proper bed a short walk from the action. Happier crowds stay later, spend more and come back next year, and you get a hosted booking page that does the admin for you.
Three core comfort levels, from an empty pitched tent to fully styled. We design the package mix and price points around your event (your guests, their budgets and your ticket prices) so every attendee finds a tier that works. Reach out and we will be happy to quote your event individually. 5m bell tent sleeps up to 4 people.

Beds
Real beds, not camp beds.
Plenty of suppliers skimp here: flimsy camp beds and wafer-thin mats that leave your guests sore for day two. We do the opposite. Genuine mattresses on real raised beds, made up with hotel-quality white linen, always as standard.
For the budget-conscious tiers we offer air mattresses too, and we always carry spares on site in case one deflates. Singles pair into a king for couples. A 5m bell sleeps up to 4; the 7m Queen takes up to 6.

Your festival’s booking page
Each guest picks and pays for their own tent.
We design and build a dedicated booking page for your festival, on our domain, branded to your event and linked straight from your festival website. Guests pick tent, package, beds and nights, and pay direct via Stripe. Most of our festivals take a revenue share on every tent: you set the amount, we collect it transparently and pay it to you after the event. No platform fee, no spreadsheets, no chasing. Hosting, admin and every guest enquiry are handled by us, free. Most of our events run this way, but if you would rather handle bookings yourselves, organiser-led booking works too.
01
Agree the event
Dates, venue, rough tent count. That is all we need to get started.
02
Agree packages + your revenue share
We design the package mix and prices around your guests and ticket prices, and you set the revenue share you want on every tent.
03
We build your portal
A private booking page on our domain, branded with your event name and date.
04
You share the link
From your website, socials and ticket emails; guests find it wherever you talk to them.
05
Guests pick and pay
Each guest picks their tent, package and nights, and pays direct via Stripe. We handle every enquiry, question and booking.
06
We run the village
You watch bookings and revenue on a real-time dashboard. We set up and take down in good time, then send you your revenue share after the event.
A real, live festival booking page. Yours would carry your name, dates, site map, branding and the packages we agree for your event.
Somewhere to gather
A stretch tent for the site itself.
Bars · VIP lounges · chill-out zones
Add a stretch tent.
The bell tents are where everyone sleeps. For bars, VIP lounges, chill-out zones and stage shelter, a stretch tent gives you one sweep of canvas that shapes to your site. We can quote the village and the stretch together.

No risk
Risk-free for your festival.
There is no cost to trying glamping at your event: no delivery fee, no platform fee, no setup cost to you. If it does not sell, you have lost nothing. It usually does, and we typically find festival glamping grows year on year, as guests see the village and book earlier the next time round.
Delivery
We’ll go anywhere for the right job.
There is no delivery charge at all for festivals; delivery, setup and takedown are all on us, wherever your site is. Get in touch to find out more.
Founder-led
Founder-led, not farmed out.
The Glamping Group is run by its founders, and your event is too.
Speak directly to the founders
You deal with Max and Ruby, not an account manager. Decisions, adjustments and special requests get authorised on the spot.
The people you book are the people who deliver
Max leads the setup and takedown crew on site; Ruby runs the bookings. A personal, bespoke service from the first call to the last tent peg.
We never subcontract
Some suppliers win the job, then pass it on, and the quality drifts with it. Every Glamping Group village is delivered by our own team and our own kit, start to finish.

FAQs
Common questions.
Can you host the booking page for our festival?
Yes. We design, build and host a custom booking page on our domain for your event, branded to your festival and linked from your website. There is no platform fee, and you can take a revenue share on every tent; we collect it on your behalf and pay it to you after the event.
How does the revenue share work?
You set whatever amount per tent you want, we add it transparently to the guest price and pay it to you after the event. Most of our festival partners take a revenue share on every tent booked.
How much does it cost the festival?
Nothing. There is no delivery fee, no platform fee and no setup cost to you; guests pay for their own tents through the booking page. It is essentially risk-free to try glamping at your event.
Do you charge for delivery?
No. There is no delivery charge at all for festivals; we will go anywhere for the right job. Get in touch and we will quote your event.
Do you help promote the glamping?
Yes. Every event we work with gets a free marketing pack built around your branding: Instagram and Facebook posts, story frames, a story video, a link-preview image and a ready-to-send email for your mailing list.
What is the minimum tent count for a festival to be viable?
Around 15 tents is the sweet spot logistically. We can flex below that depending on venue distance, closer to York is more workable at smaller counts.
What is the difference between glamping tents and bare bell tents?
Glamping tents are styled and ready to walk into: rugs, cushions, mirrors, lighting. Real beds, bedding and towels are add-ons each guest picks and pays for on the booking page. Bare bell tents are unfurnished pop-up shells, priced lower, for guests bringing their own kit. Most festivals offer both as upgrade tiers.
Can guests choose different durations and we charge different prices?
Yes. Common setup is 3-night vs weekend-only at different price points, or per-night pricing. We configure the portal to whatever pricing model works for your event.
When do you install, and can guests access tents early?
Setup the day before gates open. For tight site builds we can work around your timetable. Guests can usually access from mid-afternoon on setup day if pre-furnished.
Will there be someone on site to check guests in?
For events over 30 tents, yes, we provide on-site check-in for the duration. For smaller events, tents come pre-set and guests let themselves in, or you handle check-in yourself.
How much space does each tent need?
A 5m bell tent has a footprint of about 5m × 5m. Including guy ropes, allow 7m × 7m per pitch. Flat or gently sloping grass works best.
Can we modify the booking options after the page goes live?
Yes. We can add packages, change pricing, adjust dates or add a sold-out flag at any point. Just tell us what needs to change.
Can you put us in touch with festival clients you have worked with?
Yes. We can connect you with organisers from past festivals so you can hear directly how the booking flow worked for their event.
Are dogs allowed?
Well-behaved dogs are fine in the tents, your call as the organiser whether to allow them site-wide.
Can we factor our standard campsite fee into glamping prices?
Yes. If your festival charges a per-person camping fee on top, we roll it into the package price so guests see one total at checkout.
"Great service from The Glamping Group for our festival. Excellent feedback from our guests and the option to include a real bed and mattress was impressive and taken up by many. We'll certainly be using The Glamping Group for our 2024 event. Thanks guys."

About us
Family-run, from Yorkshire.
The Glamping Group was launched by Max and Ruby in 2020. We started with just two bell tents and have since worked on hundreds of events, from festivals and weddings to parties and corporate days, right across the UK, building glamping villages for up to 500 guests. Still the two of us at the helm, still doing it because we love it.
